Genesis 17:23-27

We are so blessed to have a Father like our God. The awesome part of being in covenant with him is that all those under our authority will benefit as well. God is so inclusive! He does not want anyone left out. That is why it is imperative that we be hooked up with God now.

Everyday that we live outside of God’s grace, those around us needlessly live below their full potential as the Father’s children. God help us to see beyond our own temporal mood and situation and be diligent for the sake of our family and those around us.

If only we knew how much our faith, or lack of it, affects others! Abraham’s decision to obey God and be in covenant with him made such a huge impact on so many. Some of those affected were Isaac (even before his birth), Ishmael, all who were born in his house, and all who were purchased with his money.

How marvelous is God’s favor on us! Many of us have suffered by the poor decisions of those who have gone before us. Let us not continue to perpetuate the curses passed on to us through disobedience. We must cry out to God with a repentant heart and receive his grace and forgiveness. We must commit to building up the Kingdom with encouraging words and works and reject all criticism and negativism that typically plagues religious systems.

God wants to pour out his blessing in every home in America, and the world – He only needs our consent to be in covenant to do so. We must be positioned for possession. Let us make up our minds to leave a legacy of love and blessing to the next generation.
