Genesis 17:15-17

Sarai’s name is changed to Sarah, and God gives an incredible promise to the family. This is an awesome account of how God did the impossible. God loves to give great and miraculous gifts to his children.

“Sarah” meant “Princess.” What an honor to be considered a Princess by God! God was looking for someone who would birth a generation of leaders and God-fearing children. Even after Sarah’s obvious lack of faith and her scheme to have children through someone else’s pain and abuse, God intended to bless her.

Isn’t it great that God never gives up on us even though we stumble and fall many times? Are you his Prince or Princess? Are you living as such? God is looking for men and women who are ready to accept their high calling.

Sarah was to be the mother of many nations and kings. Did you know that God is still looking for those who will commit to a covenant with him and birth nations and kings?

Single ladies, do not be deceived into the trap that your success in life is dependent upon your ability to attract the most popular, best looking, and most successful guy you know. You are God’s Princess by virtue of your relationship with him. Stay faithful to your covenant with him, and he will GIVE you the desires of your heart. He’ll bring to pass such extraordinary circumstances in your life that you’ll be amazed! He’ll bless you beyond what you can ask or think.

Thank God that it’s not about being at the right place at the right time, but rather about being right with God. Your future is secure in your covenant with God. It’s guaranteed.
